P\u0159itom pr\u00e1v\u011b \u0161koly se zdravotnick\u00fdm zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm produkuj\u00ed ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b tis\u00edce student\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed by zku\u0161enosti p\u0159iv\u00edtali,\u201c vysv\u011btluje \u0160pan\u011bl. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Mezi obory, kde je vysok\u00e1 popt\u00e1vka, ale velmi omezen\u00e1 nab\u00eddka, podle n\u011bj pat\u0159\u00ed i\u00a0nap\u0159\u00edklad administrativn\u00ed, kreativn\u00ed a\u00a0digit\u00e1ln\u00ed pozice. \u201eRoste z\u00e1jem student\u016f pr\u00e1v\u011b o\u00a0tyto obory, ale jejich dostupnost na trhu brig\u00e1d je v\u00fdrazn\u011b omezen\u00e1. Jin\u00fdmi slovy: student, kter\u00fd sn\u00ed o\u00a0brig\u00e1d\u011b v\u00a0marketingov\u00e9m studiu nebo v\u00a0IT podpo\u0159e, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt trp\u011bliv\u00fd a\u00a0aktivn\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 voln\u00fdch m\u00edst je m\u00e1lo a\u00a0konkurence velk\u00e1,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Komplikovan\u00fd je podle n\u011bj ale tak\u00e9 absolventsk\u00fd p\u0159echod. \u010cerstv\u00fd absolvent, kter\u00fd hled\u00e1 brig\u00e1du odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed jeho kvalifikaci p\u0159ed t\u00edm, ne\u017e nastoup\u00ed do prvn\u00edho zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na nedostatek nab\u00eddek. \u201eTrh nab\u00edz\u00ed bu\u010f plnohodnotn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed pom\u011bry, nebo manu\u00e1ln\u00ed brig\u00e1dy\u00a0\u2013 ten pomysln\u00fd most pro kvalifikovan\u00e9 absolventy, kte\u0159\u00ed necht\u011bj\u00ed ani jedno, je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u00fazk\u00fd.
