Jen\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b tam b\u00fdv\u00e1 povolov\u00e1n\u00ed nejslo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. \u201eNa \u00fazem\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je ur\u010deno jako nezastaviteln\u00e9, prost\u011b stav\u011bt chatu k rekreaci nelze,\u201c upozor\u0148uje <a href=\"http:\/\/Kodu.cz\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kodu.cz<\/a>. V\u00fdjimkou mohou b\u00fdt pouze specifick\u00e9 stavby ur\u010den\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad pro lesn\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed nebo myslivost, nikoliv objekty slou\u017e\u00edc\u00ed k rekrea\u010dn\u00edmu pron\u00e1jmu.<\/p>\n<p>Stejnou zku\u0161enost potvrzuje i BAYAYA. \u201eV p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed do CHKO v\u00edme, jak je to slo\u017eit\u00e9, a nedoporu\u010dujeme to,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Veselka. S t\u00edm souvisej\u00ed i dal\u0161\u00ed povinnosti &#8211; nap\u0159\u00edklad ozna\u010den\u00ed provozovny nebo dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pravidel ochrany spot\u0159ebitele. Pro \u0159adu men\u0161\u00edch provozovatel\u016f je pr\u00e1v\u011b tato \u010d\u00e1st legislativy p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Pravidla se mus\u00ed zm\u011bnit<\/p>\n<p>Nejasnosti kolem povolov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148 podle provozovatel\u016f prodlu\u017euj\u00ed cel\u00fd investi\u010dn\u00ed proces. \u201eLid\u00e9 to maj\u00ed \u010dasto jako v\u00e1\u0161e\u0148, co\u017e na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed dlouh\u00e9ho procesu pom\u00e1h\u00e1,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Veselka.
