Pokud chcete m\u00edt jistotu, \u017ee n\u011bkam dojedete i v komplikovan\u00fdch situac\u00edch, bez benzinu, nafty nebo jejich ekvivalent\u016f to prost\u011b nep\u016fjde.<\/p>\n<p>Tento p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 trochu jinde, ne\u017e byste \u010dekali. V \u010dase se mus\u00edme nejprve p\u0159esunout zp\u00e1tky na po\u010d\u00e1tek ledna, kdy levicov\u00e1 organizace Vulkangruppe po\u0161kodila berl\u00ednskou elektrickou s\u00ed\u0165 takov\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, \u017ee des\u00edtky tis\u00edc dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed z\u016fstaly bez proudu po n\u011bkolik dn\u016f. C\u00edlem aktivist\u016f m\u011bla b\u00fdt \u201emezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed solidarita se v\u0161emi, kte\u0159\u00ed chr\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eivot a planetu\u201d. Co si p\u0159edstavovali jako pozitivn\u00ed v\u00fdsledek, netu\u0161\u00edme, Berl\u00ednu to ale neprosp\u011blo, nebo\u0165 teploty tou dobou v noci klesaly pod bod mrazu. Ne\u0161lo tu v\u0161ak jen o nefunguj\u00edc\u00ed topen\u00ed, na elekt\u0159inu b\u011b\u017e\u00ed i \u0159ada zdravotn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f &#8211; jeden mu\u017e tak v d\u016fsledku \u00fatoku zem\u0159el, nebo\u0165 z\u00e1chran\u00e1\u0159i nestihli vym\u011bnit baterii v jeho ventil\u00e1toru.<\/p>\n<p>V tomto kontextu je pozoruhodn\u00e9, jak moc N\u011bmci podobn\u00fd aktivismus po l\u00e9ta podporovali. Zda se podobn\u00e9 excesy tyto n\u00e1lady zm\u011bn\u00ed, je ot\u00e1zkou, jeden pozoruhodn\u00fd nep\u0159\u00edm\u00fd dopad ov\u0161em nastal\u00e1 situace m\u00e1 u\u017e te\u010f. Hamburk toti\u017e pl\u00e1noval, \u017ee do roku 2040 dos\u00e1hne uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 neutrality, a to mimo jin\u00e9 i t\u00edm, \u017ee ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 doprava p\u0159ejde pouze na elektrick\u00fd pohon. Pokud by se tak ale stalo a nastala podobn\u00e1 situace, ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 doprava by byla paralyzov\u00e1na. A to je hroz\u00edc\u00ed krize, kterou se Hamburger Hochbahn, je\u017e hamburskou ve\u0159ejnou dopravu provozuje, rozhodla za\u017eehnat naftou.<\/p>\n<p>Hamburk tedy pl\u00e1ny zm\u011bnil a chce, aby flotila autobus\u016f dovolila ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 doprav\u011b fungovat za jak\u00e9koli situace. \u201eNa z\u00e1klad\u011b nov\u00e9ho n\u00e1kupn\u00edho seznamu tak bude do roku 2031 nakoupeno nejen 240 elektrick\u00fdch autobus\u016f, ale tak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00edch 150, kter\u00e9 budou m\u00edt dieselov\u00fd motor,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed k v\u011bci <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ndr.de\/nachrichten\/hamburg\/hochbahn-setzt-auf-e-busse-und-auf-dieselfahrzeuge,hochbahn-busse-100.html\" target=\"newwin\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">NDR<\/a>. A dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee pohonn\u00e9 jednotky t\u011bchto autobus\u016f ji\u017e budou uzp\u016fsobeny ke spalov\u00e1n\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoforum.cz\/zivot-ridice\/zkusil-jsem-jezdit-na-bezemisni-naftu-hvo-neni-to-jen-ekologicka-nahrada-auto-se-s-ni-lip-chova-vic-vydrzi-snadno-se-i-vyplati\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">HVO<\/a>, tedy nafty vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 z bioodpadu, s n\u00ed\u017e je spojena n\u00edzk\u00e1 emisn\u00ed stopa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00datok v Berl\u00edn\u011b ale nen\u00ed jedin\u00fdm d\u016fvodem, pro\u010d Hamburk od p\u016fvodn\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f ustupuje. Jakkoli elektrick\u00e9 autobusy vyr\u00e1b\u00ed t\u0159eba i Mercedes-Benz, jejich cena je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e1. V\u011bt\u0161ina m\u011bst proto prost\u0159edky hromadn\u00e9 dopravy nakupuje u \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch zna\u010dek, kter\u00e9 jsou levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Jen\u017ee p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v posledn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee nejsou zrovna stoprocentn\u011b spolehliv\u00e9. Jakkoli tedy m\u011bla b\u00fdt s elektrick\u00fdm pohonem spojena mj. levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eba, za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed opravy v\u00fdrazn\u011b zasahovat do rozpo\u010dt\u016f provozovatel\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Vedle toho je tu ov\u0161em tak\u00e9 vn\u00edman\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed hrozba. Modern\u00ed produkce se toti\u017e py\u0161n\u00ed neust\u00e1l\u00fdm napojen\u00edm na internet, pro\u010de\u017e v\u00fdrobci mohou bez probl\u00e9m\u016f aktualizovat software. Jen\u017ee stejn\u011b tak je mohou na d\u00e1lku i ovl\u00e1dat, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b v nich uv\u011bznit cestuj\u00edc\u00ed. A jakkoli se ned\u00e1 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee by to skute\u010dn\u011b ud\u011blali, v sou\u010dasn\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b je tato potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed hrozba t\u00e9ma. Nav\u00edc hroz\u00ed tak\u00e9 \u00fanik dat, kter\u00e1 by mohly pou\u017e\u00edvat \u0161pion\u00e1\u017en\u00ed agentury.<\/p>\n<p>Tato rizika pochopiteln\u011b jdou i na konto dieselov\u00fdch autobus\u016f, nicm\u00e9n\u011b takov\u00e9 ji\u017e evropsk\u00e9 firmy dok\u00e1\u017eou nab\u00eddnout za konkurenceschopnou cenu. A\u010d tedy Vulkangruppe v ospravedln\u011bn\u00ed sv\u00e9ho \u00fatoku zmi\u0148ovalo boj proti fosiln\u00edm paliv\u016fm, ve skute\u010dnosti tito extremist\u00e9 zjevn\u011b dos\u00e1hnou prav\u00e9ho opaku.
