Je to z\u00e1kladn\u00ed infrastruktura prosperity. M\u011bsto, ve kter\u00e9m si lid\u00e9 nemohou dovolit \u017e\u00edt, \u010dasem ztr\u00e1c\u00ed u\u010ditele, zdravotn\u00edky, policisty, mlad\u00e9 rodiny, talenty i firmy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Na pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd byt o 70 metrech \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch je pot\u0159eba zhruba patn\u00e1ct ro\u010dn\u00edch plat\u016f. Novostavby stoj\u00ed 175 a\u017e 200 tis\u00edc korun za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed, byt 3+kk kolem 13 milion\u016f korun. Dom\u00e1cnost na n\u011bj pot\u0159ebuje p\u0159\u00edjem p\u0159es 100 tis\u00edc korun m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. Spol\u00e9hat na prodlou\u017een\u00ed star\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu parlamentem nen\u00ed strategie, ale hazard.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ano, Metropolitn\u00ed pl\u00e1n nen\u00ed dokonal\u00fd.
