Am Landgericht Stuttgart hat die Staatsanwaltschaft die Unterbringung eines 27-Jährigen in einem psychiatrischen Krankenhaus wegen paranoider Schizophrenie beantragt.

Der große Mann auf der Anklagebank des Stuttgarter Landgerichts redet flüssig und sehr reflektiert. Derzeit ist er vorläufig im Zentrum für Psychiatrie (ZfP) in der Weissenau (Landkreis Ravensburg) untergebracht und wird mit Medikamenten behandelt. Doch es gab viele dunkle Momente im Leben des 27-Jährigen aus Aalen, von denen er im sogenannten Sicherungsverfahren vor der 7. Großen Strafkammer des Landgerichts Stuttgart bereitwillig erzählt. Beantragt hat dieses die Staatsanwaltschaft Stuttgart, die ihn wegen einer paranoiden Schizophrenie gerne länger im ZfP Weissenau behandelt sehen möchte. Dem Angeklagten wird unter anderem vorgeworfen, er habe im vergangenen Mai im ZfP Winnenden (Rems-Murr-Kreis) einer Pflegekraft von hinten seine Finger in die Augen gedrückt. Die Staatsanwaltschaft geht davon aus, er habe der Frau gezielt das Augenlicht nehmen wollen.
