Die Pressemitteilung, die Oberbürgermeister Dieter Reiter (SPD) am Freitagnachmittag verschicken ließ, hatte es schon auf den ersten Blick in sich: In seiner Funktion als Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender der städtischen Wohnungsbaugesellschaft München Wohnen verkündete Reiter, dass er angeordnet habe, endlich entschieden gegen die offenbar unhaltbaren Zustände im Gebäude an der Liebherrstraße vorzugehen. Die Münchner Wohnen hat dort Flächen an einen privaten Beherbergungsbetrieb vermietet, dessen Kunden sich offenbar regelmäßig daneben benehmen und den Mieterinnen und Mietern der Münchner Wohnen das Leben erschweren.
