Wie bitte? Nein, Probleme bei der Personalgewinnung hätte er eigentlich keine. Ein Satz, der in Zeiten des grassierenden Fachkräftemangels auch in Behörden und Verwaltungen aufhorchen lässt. Die Arbeit im Jobcenter, so sagte es dessen Chef Jochen Wacker bei der Vorstellung des Jahresberichts, werde besonders von Quereinsteigern als sinnstiftend erlebt. Warum ist das so? Weil man mit einer selbst kurvenreichen Arbeitsbiografie vielleicht besser versteht, was Menschen bewegt, vor welchen Hindernissen sie stehen können und vor allem: wie man sie motiviert?
