Der Gemeinderat hat das Vorhaben im M\u00e4rz 2026 auf den Weg gebracht.<strong class=\"font-bold\"> Im Blockinneren sollen Wohnh\u00e4user<\/strong> gebaut werden. Die Stadt m\u00f6chte mit der Eigent\u00fcmerin schriftlich festhalten, dass die <strong class=\"font-bold\">Wohnungen f\u00fcr mindestens 15 Jahre zu g\u00fcnstigen, festgelegten Mieten<\/strong> vermietet werden.
