Euro (Vorjahr: -14,3 Mio. Euro).\u00a0Der\u00a0FFO 1 nach Steuern stieg im 1. Quartal 2026 um 30,2 Prozent auf 68,5 Mio. Euro, nach 52,6 Mio. Euro im Vorjahreszeitraum.\u00a0Diese positive Entwicklung ist laut CPI vor allem auf verbesserte Ergebnisse aus dem Asset Management zuru\u0308ckzufu\u0308hren, die insbesondere durch den Erwerb des tschechischen Wohnportfolios gestu\u0308tzt wurden und die Immobilienverka\u0308ufe deutlich kompensierten. Quartal 2026 schloss CPI Europe strategische Immobilienverk\u00e4ufe mit einem Gesamtwert von 33,7 Mio. Euro ab. Per 31. M\u00e4rz 2026 umfasste das Immobilienportfolio der CPI Europe 357 Objekte mit einem Gesamtwert von 8.771,0 Mio. Euro und einer vermietbaren Fl\u00e4che von 3,8 Millionen m2. Der Vermietungsgrad lag bei 93,5 Prozent und die Bruttorendite bei 6,7 Prozent. Die liquiden Mittel beliefen sich auf 328,6 Mio. Quartal einen Konzerngewinn von 105,5 Mio. Euro aus, verglichen mit 47,5 Mio. Euro in der Vorjahresperiode ist das mehr als eine Verdoppelung.\u00a0Die Mieterl\u00f6se stiegen um 4,4 Prozent auf 145,2 Mio. Euro, was laut CPI insbesondere auf den Ankauf des tschechischen Wohnimmobilienportfolios CPI BYTY im November 2025 sowie einen Anstieg der Like-for-like-Mieterl\u00f6se um 2,3 Prozent zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist.\u00a0Die gesamten Neubewertungen beliefen sich auf 38,2 Mio. Euro (Vorjahr: -14,3 Mio. Euro).\u00a0Der\u00a0FFO 1 nach Steuern stieg im 1. Quartal 2026 um 30,2 Prozent auf 68,5 Mio. Euro, nach 52,6 Mio. Euro im Vorjahreszeitraum.\u00a0Diese positive Entwicklung ist laut CPI vor allem auf verbesserte Ergebnisse aus dem Asset Management zuru\u0308ckzufu\u0308hren, die insbesondere durch den Erwerb des tschechischen Wohnportfolios gestu\u0308tzt wurden und die Immobilienverka\u0308ufe deutlich kompensierten. Zusa\u0308tzlich trugen geringere Finanzierungskosten und Steueraufwendungen zu dieser Entwicklung bei. Im 1. Quartal 2026 schloss CPI Europe strategische Immobilienverk\u00e4ufe mit einem Gesamtwert von 33,7 Mio. Euro ab. Per 31. M\u00e4rz 2026 umfasste das Immobilienportfolio der CPI Europe 357 Objekte mit einem Gesamtwert von 8.771,0 Mio. Euro und einer vermietbaren Fl\u00e4che von 3,8 Millionen m2. Der Vermietungsgrad lag bei 93,5 Prozent und die Bruttorendite bei 6,7 Prozent. Die liquiden Mittel beliefen sich auf 328,6 Mio.
