Im Gerichtssaal wurde am Montagmorgen au\u00dferdem bekannt, dass er zuvor in seiner Gef\u00e4ngniszelle einen Schrank eingeschlagen und sich dabei den Arm gebrochen hat. Der Grund war, dass ein Berufungsgericht seinen Antrag auf Freilassung zum wiederholten Male abgelehnt hatte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-18 leading-17 user-text-lg:text-22 user-text-xl:text-24\">Nach dem Vorfall musste er in die Notaufnahme gebracht werden. &#8222;Er wurde w\u00fctend und traurig. Er wollte lange nicht mit Beamten sprechen&#8220;, hei\u00dft es laut der norwegischen Zeitung &#8222;Dagbladet&#8220; in dem Bericht. H\u00f8ibys rechter Arm soll nach dem Vorfall deutlich verf\u00e4rbt gewesen sein. Hintergrund ist der Gesundheitszustand von Kronprinzessin Mette-Marit. Dass die Staatsanwaltschaft dieses Beispiel heranzieht, um H\u00f8iby anzulasten, seine Gef\u00fchle nicht kontrollieren zu k\u00f6nnen, halte er f\u00fcr falsch.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-18 leading-17 user-text-lg:text-22 user-text-xl:text-24\">Auch nach der Verk\u00fcndung seiner Haftstrafe stellte H\u00f8iby einen erneuten Antrag auf Freilassung.
