Nun stehen f\u00fcnf Polizisten und vier Polizistinnen vor Gericht. Eine Schuld am Tod des Mannes tragen sie laut Anklage nicht.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-18 leading-17 user-text-lg:text-22 user-text-xl:text-24\">Knapp zweieinhalb Jahre nach dem Tod eines Fl\u00fcchtlings aus Guinea in M\u00fclheim an der Ruhr m\u00fcssen sich neun Polizeibeamte ab Mittwoch (9.00 Uhr) in Duisburg vor Gericht verantworten. Die Anklage lautet auf gef\u00e4hrliche K\u00f6rperverletzung im Amt. Den Angeklagten wird vorgeworfen, den Fl\u00fcchtling bei einem Einsatz am 6. Januar 2024 an H\u00e4nden und F\u00fc\u00dfen gefesselt und beide Fesselungen anschlie\u00dfend mit Kabelbindern auf dem R\u00fccken verbunden zu haben. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text-18 leading-17 user-text-lg:text-22 user-text-xl:text-24\">Diese Art der Fixierung war laut Anklage nicht gerechtfertigt und potenziell lebensgef\u00e4hrlich. Der Fl\u00fcchtling war nach einem Herzinfarkt und weiteren Komplikationen im Rettungswagen gestorben.
