Die Deutsche Bahn erhofft sich durch das Verbot mehr Ordnung und Sicherheit, sowohl an den Bahnh\u00f6fen als auch in den Z\u00fcgen. Ausl\u00f6ser f\u00fcr diese Entscheidung war ein Vorfall auf der Strecke zwischen Offenburg und Karlsruhe.
