Dazu werden Energieingenieure und Branchenexperten in die Zielplanung eingebunden, die genau definieren, welche Bauteile und Verbindungen am empfindlichsten sind.<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"font-bold\">Angriffe auf das Netzwerk, statt auf Einzelziele: <\/strong>Russland wird als vernetztes Energie- und Versorgungssystem betrachtet. Milit\u00e4rplaner identifizieren kritische Knotenpunkte, bei denen ein kleiner Treffer gro\u00dfe Folgesch\u00e4den im Gesamtverbund ausl\u00f6st.
