In dem Moment habe er gewusst, wie das Urteil ausfallen werde. &#8222;Genau so ist es gekommen&#8220;, sagte er.<\/p>\n<p>Siegmund fordert Qualifikation statt Parteibuch<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-18 leading-17 user-text-lg:text-22 user-text-xl:text-24\">Siegmund hatte vor dem Landesverfassungsgericht erfolglos gegen einen Ordnungsruf geklagt, den er im Juni 2023 vom Landtagspr\u00e4sidenten erhalten hatte. Er hatte der damaligen Linken-Abgeordneten Christina Buchheim im Landtag vorgeworfen, auf einem Sommerfest im Jahr 2018 &#8222;geistig nicht mehr zurechnungsf\u00e4hig&#8220; gewesen zu sein. Das Gericht entschied am 17. September 2024, dass die Ma\u00dfnahme rechtm\u00e4\u00dfig war. Die Redefreiheit von Abgeordneten finde ihre Schranken in der W\u00fcrde des Landtags.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-18 leading-17 user-text-lg:text-22 user-text-xl:text-24\">Das Landesverfassungsgericht in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.t-online.de\/themen\/dessau-rosslau\/\" class=\"transition-colors cursor-pointer no-underline md:hover:text-magenta md:focus:text-magenta border-b border-solid border-current text-salemsfur md:hover:border-magenta\" data-tracking=\"{&quot;action&quot;:&quot;click&quot;,&quot;category&quot;:&quot;intextLink&quot;,&quot;label&quot;:&quot;\/themen\/dessau-rosslau\/&quot;}\" data-sctrack=\"BodyAnchor\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dessau-Ro\u00dflau<\/a> hat sieben Mitglieder. Der Landtag w\u00e4hlt sie f\u00fcr sieben Jahre, der Ministerpr\u00e4sident ernennt sie. Die Wahl der Verfassungsrichter erfordert bislang eine Zweidrittelmehrheit im Landtag. Eine Fraktion mit einem Drittel der Sitze kann sie damit blockieren. Der Landtag beschloss deshalb in diesem Jahr eine Reform: Kommt binnen sechs Monaten keine Zweidrittelmehrheit zustande, soll das Gericht selbst Kandidaten vorschlagen k\u00f6nnen, \u00fcber die dann eine einfache Mehrheit entscheidet.
