Denn das Gericht hatte schon formal massive Bedenken, dass die Klagen der Nachbarn \u00fcberhaupt zul\u00e4ssig sind. Die hatten versucht, gegen das Caf\u00e9 Lamber im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stuttgarter-zeitung.de\/stuttgart\/nord\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Stuttgarter Norden <\/a>vorzugehen , indem sie gegen die Baugenehmigung der Stadt klagen.
