Die HGK Logistics and Intermodal GmbH (HGK L&amp;I) erwirbt zu diesem Zweck die restlichen Anteile von DB Cargo an zwei entsprechenden Firmen in K\u00f6ln und D\u00fcsseldorf, um dort k\u00fcnftig das alleinige Sagen zu haben.
