Ein Laden in der Stadt soll k\u00fcnftig an die bekannte Marke erinnern.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-18 leading-17\">Das Ende einer D\u00fcsseldorfer Tradition: Die Produktion von L\u00f6wensenf wird bis zum Jahresende schrittweise eingestellt. Das teilte der Eigent\u00fcmer Develey Senf &amp; Feinkost GmbH mit und konkretisierte damit fr\u00fchere Ank\u00fcndigungen zur Verlagerung der Produktion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-18 leading-17\">Von der Schlie\u00dfung sind 40 Besch\u00e4ftigte in der Produktion und 14 in der Verwaltung betroffen. Das Unternehmen hat sich nach eigenen Angaben mit dem Betriebsrat und der Gewerkschaft auf einen Interessenausgleich und Sozialplan geeinigt. Die Vereinbarung umfasst neben der Produktionsschlie\u00dfung einen Ma\u00dfnahmenplan zur Verlagerung sowie Abfindungsregelungen f\u00fcr die betroffenen Mitarbeiter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-18 leading-17\">Ganz will Develey den D\u00fcsseldorfer Standort jedoch nicht aufgeben: Ein in der Altstadt beheimateter Senfladen (an der Berger Stra\u00dfe) soll weiterhin ge\u00f6ffnet bleiben und die Verbindung zur nordrhein-westf\u00e4lischen Landeshauptstadt aufrechterhalten.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-18 leading-17\">Die L\u00f6wensenf-Fabrik am heutigen Standort direkt am <a class=\"transition-colors duration-200 cursor-pointer text-inherit no-underline text-salemsfur md:hover:text-magenta md:hover:border-magenta md:focus:text-magenta border-current border-b border-solid break-words\" href=\"https:\/\/www.t-online.de\/themen\/flughafen\/\" data-sctrack=\"BodyAnchor\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Flughafen<\/a> produziert dort seit 1965. Insgesamt wird der L\u00f6wensenf in <a class=\"transition-colors duration-200 cursor-pointer text-inherit no-underline text-salemsfur md:hover:text-magenta md:hover:border-magenta md:focus:text-magenta border-current border-b border-solid break-words\" href=\"https:\/\/www.t-online.de\/region\/duesseldorf\/\" data-sctrack=\"BodyAnchor\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">D\u00fcsseldorf<\/a> schon seit \u00fcber 100 Jahren hergestellt: Die beliebte Senfart wird in D\u00fcsseldorf seit 1903 produziert, 1920 brachte die Neue D\u00fcsseldorfer Senfindustrie Otto Frenzel dann den L\u00f6wensenf unter seinem heutigen Namen auf den Markt. Die ersten Senfproduktionen \u00fcberhaupt in der Region gehen laut dem Portal &#8222;D\u00fcsseldorf Wirtschaft&#8220; bis ins Jahr 1726 zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-18 leading-17\">Develey hatte die L\u00f6wensenf GmbH im Jahr 2001 \u00fcbernommen. Als Grund f\u00fcr die Verlagerung nannte das Unternehmen unter anderem eine fehlende Entwicklungsperspektive f\u00fcr den gemieteten Standort.
