Er stand im Verdacht, gemeinsam mit einem 45-j\u00e4hrigen Komplizen am Rheinufer in Neuss einen 56-j\u00e4hrigen Obdachlosen umgebracht zu haben.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-18 leading-17\">Der Mann sei am fr\u00fchen Morgen in seiner Einzelzelle stranguliert aufgefunden worden. Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Wiederbelebung blieben erfolglos.
