Nun hat er auf dem Metro-Campus in D\u00fcsseldorf sein neues Restaurant er\u00f6ffnet. Und das hei\u00dft: ebenfalls La Vie. Dementsprechend gro\u00df war die Spannung im Vorfeld \u2013 kn\u00fcpft das Restaurant an alte Erfolge an? Als K\u00fcchenchef zeichnet Timo Fritsche verantwortlich, der schon im damaligen La Vie gearbeitet hat. Und: Das Restaurant hat es direkt in den Guide Michelin geschafft. \u201eIn zwei Abendmen\u00fcs &#8211; eines omnivor, das andere vegan &#8211; verbindet man regionale Produkte von top Qualit\u00e4t mit franz\u00f6sischen und asiatischen Einfl\u00fcssen\u201c, schreiben die Tester.
