Der Mann war beim talw\u00e4rts Fahren von der Bayreuther-H\u00fctte auf einem Steilst\u00fcck aus unbekannter Ursache zu Sturz gekommen. Dabei wurde er \u00fcber den Lenker des Fahrrads geschleudert und schlug mit dem Gesicht auf dem Forstweg auf.<\/p>\n<p _ngcontent-tt-com-www-c333900937=\"\" data-cy=\"body\" class=\"cXenseParse\">Der 42-J\u00e4hrige wurde von der Bergrettung Kramsach und einer Polizeistreife geborgen und ins Tal gebracht. Nach der Erstversorgung im Tal wurde der Deutsche mit dem Rettungshubschrauber in die Innsbrucker Klinik geflogen, informierte die Exekutive.
