Die\u00a0drei an Russland grenzenden EU- und Nato-Staaten Estland, Lettland und Litauen haben bereits einen Ausstieg aus der Vereinbarung beschlossen.<\/p>\n<p>Das\u00a0\u00dcbereinkommen von Ottawa wurde von mehr als 160 L\u00e4ndern &#8211; darunter Deutschland &#8211; unterzeichnet.
