Der Bau wird in vier Abschnitten realisiert: Der zweite reicht vom Luegplatz in Oberkassel bis Am Wehrhahn; der dritte vom Wehrhahn bis Dieselstra\u00dfe in Flingern; der vierte Abschnitt geht dann bis zum Neusser Tor in Gerresheim.
