englische Fernsehkoch hat in Berlin ein Restaurant unter seinem Namen er\u00f6ffnet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Einer der beliebtesten Fernsehformate sind Kochsendungen.<br \/>Schon zu Beginn der Fernsehgeschichte in den 50er Jahren gab es Tipps zum Kochen f\u00fcr die Hausfrauen (noch in alter Geschlechterrolle) und die Beliebtheit hat bis heute angehalten.<br \/>Heute aber mit \u201eFrau\u201c und \u201eMann\u201c vor dem Fernsehapparat oder Laptop.<br \/>Die beliebtesten Kochsendungen im deutschen Fernsehen sind zurzeit:<br \/>\u2013 \u201eGrill den Henssler\u201c mit Fernsehkoch STEFFEH HENSSLER auf dem Sender VOX.<br \/>\u2013 \u201eDas perfekte Dinner\u201c, ebenfalls auf VOX,<br \/>\u2013 \u201eThe Taste\u201c mit TIM RAUE<br \/>\u2013 \u201eKitchen Impossible\u201c mit TIM M\u00c4LZER aus RTL und<br \/>\u2013 \u201eSTAR KITCHEN\u201c mit TIM RAUE auf dem Streaming-Dienst Amazon Prime.<\/p>\n<p>Jamie Oliver<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ende der 90er, Anfang der 2000er Jahre war es der englische Fernsehkoch JAMIE OLIVER, der die Frauenherzen zum Schmelzen brachte.<br \/>Der h\u00fcbsche und charmante Engl\u00e4nder wurde mit 22 Jahren entdeckt, als in dem Restaurant, indem er damals arbeitete, ein Fernsehfilm gedreht wurde.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kultur24-berlin.de\/jamie-oliver-kitchen-jetzt-auch-in-berlin\/01-jamie-oliver-2014-cc-karl-gabor-wikimedia-800\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-50838 noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img Kochsendung nach der anderen, die schlie\u00dflich wegen ihrer gro\u00dfen Beliebtheit auch in Deutschland auf RTL II ausgestrahlt wurde.<br \/>Der Name der Sendung hie\u00df <strong>\u201eThe Naked Chef\u201c<\/strong>, was weniger damit zutun hatte, dass JAMIE OLIVER dort nackt auftrat (auch wenn viele Damen es sich wohl gew\u00fcnscht h\u00e4tten), sondern bezog sich auf die einfachen Kochrezepte ohne Schick-Schnack, welcher jeder mit wenigen Zutaten selber durchf\u00fchren konnte.<br \/>Nach Ende des Vertrages mit der BBC machte er auf Channel 4 bis heute weiter.<br \/>Schon 1999 ver\u00f6ffentlichte JAMIE OLIVER sein erstes Kochbuch \u201eThe Naked Chef\u201c und danach viele weitere, die fast alle Bestseller wurden.<br \/>Ab 2008 gr\u00fcndete er die Restaurant-Kette \u201eJamie\u2019s Italian\u201c, die aber 2019 Konkurs anmelden musste.<br \/>Mittlerweile hat er wieder 70 Restaurants in 23 L\u00e4ndern, die als Franchise vergeben wurden.<br \/>Das einzige deutsche JAMIE OLIVEFR KITCHEN Restaurant befindet sich in Berlin und geh\u00f6rt der bmb group (23 Caf\u00e9s, Bars und Restaurants in Berlin), die u.a. das \u201e260 Grad\u201c Bar mit einer Dachterrasse am Mercedes-Benz-Platz betreiben).<\/p>\n<p>Jamie Oliver Kitchen<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich habe das JAMIE OLIVER KITCHEN in Berlin besucht.<br \/>Hier mein Bericht.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Im Juni 2024 er\u00f6ffnete das \u201eJamie Oliver Kitchen\u201c in Berlin an prominenter Stelle.<br \/>An der Friedrichstrasse, gleich gegen\u00fcber dem ber\u00fchmten Restaurant \u201eGrill Royal\u201c.<br \/>Kommt man vom Bahnhof Friedrichstrasse und f\u00e4hrt \u00fcber die Weidendammer Br\u00fccke Richtung Friedrichstadt-Palast ist es an der linken Ecke nicht zu \u00fcbersehen.<br \/>Eine gro\u00dfe gl\u00e4serne T\u00fcr f\u00fchrt ins Innere mit ca. 100 Pl\u00e4tzen.<br \/>Drau\u00dfen eine Terrasse, die an der Hauswand um das ganze Lokal f\u00fchrt und vielleicht noch einmal vierzig Pl\u00e4tze bietet.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kultur24-berlin.de\/jamie-oliver-kitchen-jetzt-auch-in-berlin\/05-jamie-oliver-c-jacobs-2-900\/\" Berlin-Mitte war f\u00fcr das Interieur verantwortlich.<br \/>Schick und modern, ohne zu stylish zu wirken.<\/p>\n<p><a gab es eine Reihe schlechter Kritiken.<br \/>Die Karte wies mit Curry-Wurst und Schnitzel doch sehr in Richtung einfacher K\u00fcche, die Preise waren entsprechend moderat.<br \/>Trotzdem blieb das Restaurant leer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jetzt nach gut einem Jahr gibt es eine neue Managerin, ROMY.<br \/>Sie begr\u00fc\u00dfte uns freundlich und lie\u00df uns einen Tisch auf der Terrasse w\u00e4hlen.<br \/>Es herrschten Temperaturen von 28 Grad im Schatten, so dass wir unbedingt drau\u00dfen auf der Terrasse bleiben wollten.<br \/>Die Speisen scheinen etwas raffinierter, interessanter zusammengestellt, aber immer noch mit moderaten Preisen.<br \/>Curry Wurst und Schnitzel sind verschwunden.<br \/>Das Restaurant war gut besucht und bestand aus einer Mischung aus Berlinern und Touristen.<br \/>Ich w\u00e4hlte einen f\u00fcr diese Jahreszeit standesgem\u00e4\u00dfen Aperol Spritz zum Aperitif.<\/p>\n<p><a Alexander gekommen, der mich immer gerne auf meinen Schlemmer-Touren begleitet.<\/p>\n<p><a wir gleich drei Vorspeisen:<\/p>\n<p>1. <strong>\u201eBeautiful Burrata\u201c<\/strong> mit Mozzarella K\u00e4se, Wassermelone und Chili<br \/>Eine sch\u00f6ne, frische Mischung, genau richtig f\u00fcr hei\u00dfe Sommertage, aber auch nicht mehr.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kultur24-berlin.de\/jamie-oliver-kitchen-jetzt-auch-in-berlin\/07-jamie-oliver-c-jacobs-9-800\/\" rel=\"attachment gekochten, kleinen Tomaten in einer Art Feta-Creme und mit Oliven\u00f6l \u00fcbergossen.<br \/>Recht lecker, aber ich habe den Tart, also den Bl\u00e4tterteig vermisst.<\/p>\n<p><a Tataki\u201c<\/strong> mit kleinen Scheiben vom gegrillten Rinderfilet, eingelegt in eine Soja-Sauce, welche mit Ingwer und Limette gew\u00fcrzt war.<br \/>Absolut k\u00f6stlich! Mein Geheimtipp.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kultur24-berlin.de\/jamie-oliver-kitchen-jetzt-auch-in-berlin\/08-jamie-oliver-c-jacobs-10-800\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-50845 noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-50845\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-50845\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/08-Jamie-Oliver-c-Jacobs-10-800-300x294.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"294\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-50845\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u201eSesame Beef Tataki\u201c, Jamie Oliver Kitchen, ph: Holger Jacobs<\/p>\n<p>Allein schon dieses Gerichtes wegen lohnt sich der Besuch.<\/p>\n<p>Main Course<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hier entschied sich mein Sohn f\u00fcr einen klassischen Burger, den sogenannten <strong>\u201eJamie\u2019s insanity Burger\u201c<\/strong>.<br \/>Je nachdem, wie man das Wort \u201eInsanity\u201c interpretiert, war dieser Burger, den ich dann auch mal probieren durfte, vielleicht nicht \u201ewahnsinnig\u201c, daf\u00fcr aber sehr \u201edirty\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kultur24-berlin.de\/jamie-oliver-kitchen-jetzt-auch-in-berlin\/09-jamie-oliver-c-jacobs-13-900\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-50846 noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-50846\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-50846\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/09-Jamie-Oliver-c-Jacobs-13-900-300x217.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"217\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-50846\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u201eJamie Insanity Burger\u201c, Jamie Oliver Kitchen, ph: Holger Jacobs<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es war alles drin und auch dran, was man von einem Burger erwartet:<br \/>Eine Rinderboulette (vielleicht etwas zu lang gebraten), Speck, Gruy\u00e8re-K\u00e4se, Gurken, Senf und Zwiebeln zwischen zwei Brioche-Br\u00f6tchen Scheiben.<br \/>Dazu nat\u00fcrlich standesgem\u00e4\u00df Pommes Frites, die aber ein wenig \u201elahm\u201c schmeckten.<br \/>Alles in allem eine ziemlich reichhaltige Mahlzeit, die keiner nehmen sollte, der abnehmen m\u00f6chte\u2026<br \/>Geschmacklich absolut das, was man von einem saftigen Burger erwartet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich selbst nahm das <strong>\u201eTagliatelle Beef Ragout\u201c<\/strong> mit Rinderhack, kleinen Tomaten und Parmesan-K\u00e4se in einer B\u00e9chamel-Sauce (Basis-Sauce aus Butter, Mehl und Milch).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kultur24-berlin.de\/jamie-oliver-kitchen-jetzt-auch-in-berlin\/10-jamie-oliver-c-jacobs-12a-800\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-50847 noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-50847\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-50847\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/10-Jamie-Oliver-c-Jacobs-12a-800-297x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"297\" height=\"300\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-50847\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u201eTagliatelle Beef Ragout\u201c, Jamie Oliver Kitchen, ph: Holger Jacobs<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Geschmacklich fand ich es sehr lecker, nur die Pasta war mir ein Tick zu \u201eAl-Dente\u201c, also etwas zu knackig.<br \/>Mein Sohn meinte, \u201eAl-dente\u201c w\u00e4re aber gerade angesagt.<br \/>Schade, dass das \u201eRagout\u201c nicht wirklich ein Ragout war, sondern nur aus Rinderhack bestand.<br \/>Sollte man dann auch so in der Beschreibung formulieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dazu nahm ich einen roten <strong>Shiraz aus Portugal<\/strong>, \u201eFat Baron\u201c, von 2023.<br \/>Sehr fruchtig, sehr stark und sehr trocken.<br \/>Ich mochte ihn, aber Freunde lieblicherer Weine sollten einen anderen nehmen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kultur24-berlin.de\/jamie-oliver-kitchen-jetzt-auch-in-berlin\/11-jamie-oliver-c-jacobs-14-800\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-50848 noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-50848\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-50848\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/11-Jamie-Oliver-c-Jacobs-14-800-230x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"230\" height=\"300\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-50848\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Shyraz \u201eFat Baron\u201c, Jamie Oliver Kitchen, ph: Holger Jacobs<\/p>\n<p>Desert<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zum Nachtisch fiel unsere Wahl auf eine klassische Mousse au Chocolat, genannt <strong>\u201eUltimate Chocolate Mousse\u201c<\/strong> mit der besagten Mousse au Chocolat, Sahne und Haselnusspralinen, eingelegt in eine Karamellsauce.<br \/>Wow! Spitzenrestaurant, aber mehrere kleine, feine Gerichte, die es zu entdecken gilt.<br \/>Wir h\u00e4tten gerne noch mehr ausprobiert, waren dann aber so gut ges\u00e4ttigt, dass wir kaum noch nach under his name in Berlin.<\/p>\n<p>Cooking shows are one of the most popular TV formats.Even at the beginning of television history in the 1950s, there were cooking tips for housewives (still in the old gender roles), and their popularity has continued to this day.<\/p>\n<p>But today, with \u201ewomen\u201c and \u201emen\u201c in front of the TV.<br \/>The most popular cooking shows in Germany are currently:<br \/>\u2013 \u201eGrill den Henssler\u201c with TV chef STEFFEH HENSSLER on VOX.<br \/>\u2013 \u201eDas perfekte Dinner,\u201c also on VOX,<br \/>\u2013 \u201eThe Taste\u201c with TIM RAUE<br \/>\u2013 \u201eKitchen Impossible\u201c with TIM M\u00c4LZER from RTL, and<br \/>\u2013 \u201eSTAR KITCHEN\u201c with TIM RAUE on the streaming service Amazon Prime.<\/p>\n<p>Jamie Oliver<\/p>\n<p>In the late 1990s and early 2000s, it was English TV chef JAMIE OLIVER who melted women\u2019s hearts.<br \/>The handsome and charming Englishman was discovered at the age of 22 when a TV movie was being filmed in the restaurant where he worked at the time.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kultur24-berlin.de\/jamie-oliver-kitchen-jetzt-auch-in-berlin\/01-jamie-oliver-2014-cc-karl-gabor-wikimedia-800\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-50838 noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img OLIVER appearing naked (although many women would have probably wanted that), but rather referred to the simple recipes that anyone could make themselves with just a few ingredients.<br \/>After his contract with the BBC ended, he continued on Channel 4 until today.<\/p>\n<p>Jamie Oliver Kitchen<\/p>\n<p>I visited the JAMIE OLIVER KITCHEN in Berlin.<br \/>Here\u2019s my review.<br \/>In June 2024, the \u201eJamie Oliver Kitchen\u201c restaurant opened in Berlin in a prominent location.<br \/>On Friedrichstrasse, directly across from the famous \u201eGrill Royal\u201c restaurant.<br \/>If you come from Friedrichstrasse station and drive over the Weidendammer Bridge towards Friedrichstadt-Palast, you can\u2019t miss it on the left corner.<br \/>A large glass door leads inside, which seats approximately 100 people.<br \/>Outside, there\u2019s a terrace that runs along the wall of the building around the entire restaurant and can seat perhaps another 40 people.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kultur24-berlin.de\/jamie-oliver-kitchen-jetzt-auch-in-berlin\/05-jamie-oliver-c-jacobs-2-900\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-50842 noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" warmly and let us choose a table on the terrace.<br \/>It was 28 degrees Celsius in the shade, so we definitely wanted to stay outside on the terrace.<br \/>The dishes seem a bit more refined, more interestingly presented, but still moderately priced.<br \/>Currywurst and schnitzel are gone.<br \/>The restaurant was busy, with a mix of Berliners and tourists.<\/p>\n<p><a watermelon, and chili<br \/>A lovely, fresh mix, just right for hot summer days, but nothing more.<\/p>\n<p><a My insider tip.<\/p>\n<p>This dish alone is worth a visit.<\/p>\n<p>Main course<\/p>\n<p>Here, my son opted for a classic burger, the so-called <strong>\u201eJamie\u2019s Insanity Burger\u201c<\/strong>.<br \/>Depending on how you interpret the word \u201einsanity,\u201c this burger, which I later tried, might not have been \u201einsane,\u201c but it was definitely \u201edirty.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kultur24-berlin.de\/jamie-oliver-kitchen-jetzt-auch-in-berlin\/09-jamie-oliver-c-jacobs-13-900\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-50846 noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-50846\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-50846\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/09-Jamie-Oliver-c-Jacobs-13-900-300x217.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"217\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-50846\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u201eJamie Insanity Burger\u201c, Jamie Oliver Kitchen, ph: Holger Jacobs<\/p>\n<p>It had everything you\u2019d expect from a burger:<br \/>A beef patty (perhaps cooked a bit too long), bacon, Gruy\u00e8re cheese, pickles, mustard, and onions between two slices of brioche bun.<br \/>Of course, it was accompanied by French fries, which tasted a bit \u201elame.\u201c<br \/>All in all, a pretty substantial meal that no one trying to lose weight should eat\u2026<br \/>But the taste was absolutely what you\u2019d expect from a dirty burger.<\/p>\n<p>I personally went for the <strong>\u201eTagliatelle Beef Ragout\u201c<\/strong> with ground beef, baby tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese in a b\u00e9chamel sauce (a basic sauce made from butter, flour, and milk).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kultur24-berlin.de\/jamie-oliver-kitchen-jetzt-auch-in-berlin\/10-jamie-oliver-c-jacobs-12a-800\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-50847 noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-50847\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-50847\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/10-Jamie-Oliver-c-Jacobs-12a-800-297x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"297\" height=\"300\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-50847\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u201eTagliatelle Beef Ragout\u201c, Jamie Oliver Kitchen, ph: Holger Jacobs<\/p>\n<p>I found it very tasty, but the pasta was a bit too \u201eal dente\u201c for me, meaning a bit too crunchy.<br \/>My son said that \u201eal dente\u201c is very popular right now.<br \/>It\u2019s a shame that the \u201eragout\u201c wasn\u2019t really a ragout, but just ground beef.<br \/>It should have been stated that way in the description.<\/p>\n<p>I paired it with a <strong>Shiraz from Portugal<\/strong>, \u201eFat Baron\u201c, \u00a0from 2023.<br \/>Very fruity, very dry, and very strong.
