September startet der eindringliche Thriller \u201eIslands\u201c von Jan-Ole-Gerster, der auf der Berlinale Weltpremiere feierte und von augenschein FIlmproduktion produziert wurde, in den britischen und irischen Kinos. Verleih ist das British Film Institute.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ISLANDS_Szenenbilder_22.72dpi-scaled-e1741773068674-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"ISLANDS Szenenbilder .dpi scaled e x\" class=\"wp-image-158261\"  \/>Jan-Ole Gersters \u201eIslands\u201c mit Sam Riley und Stacy Martin (Credit: LEONINE Studios)<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<strong>Islands<\/strong>\u201c von Jan-Ole Gerster (<a href=\"https:\/\/the-spot-mediafilm.com\/hintergrund\/specials\/berlinale-2025\/review-berlinale-islands\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">HIER<\/a>\u00a0unsere SPOT-Besprechung) kommt am 12. September in UK &amp; Ireland in die Kinos. Verleih ist das <strong>British Film Institute<\/strong>, das jetzt das Teaser Poster ver\u00f6ffentlicth hat. Ab 27. Oktober ist \u201eIslands\u201c dann auf dem BFI Player abrufbar. <\/p>\n<p>Weltpremiere feierte die Produktion von <strong>augenschein Filmproduktion<\/strong> bei der Berlinale 2025 im Special Gala. Zu Besetzung geh\u00f6ren u.a. <strong>Sam Riley, Stacy Martin <\/strong>und<strong> Jack Farthing<\/strong>. Riley wurde f\u00fcr seine starke Performance mit einer Nominierung beim Deutschen Filmpreis bedacht (ebenso wie f\u00fcr \u201eCranko\u201c). Insgesamt war der Film vier Mal nominiert (auch als bester Spielfilm) und gewann f\u00fcr die beste Musik (Dascha Dauenhauer).<\/p>\n<p>In den USA ist \u201eIslands\u201c im Verleih von Greenwich Entertainment.
