Gut, dass es zus\u00e4tzlich noch Tageseltern gibt. Sie \u00fcbernehmen 30 Prozent der Betreuung von Unter-Drei-J\u00e4hrigen bei uns in K\u00f6ln. Doch es werden immer weniger, weil sie finanziell nicht zurechtkommen, sagt die Stadt. Sie will deswegen jetzt die finanziellen Bedingungen f\u00fcr Tageseltern verbessern.
