Insgesamt werden an 13 ungew\u00f6hnlichen Orten, von alten Industriehallen \u00fcber Kirchen bis hin zu einem stillgelegten Bergwerk, Kulturprogramme geboten. Das Festival wird von beiden Bundesl\u00e4ndern und der Bundesregierung finanziert.
