Kensington Palace said on Tuesday that Paramount<\/a> U.K. head Sarah Rose<\/a> has been appointed the new CEO of The Royal Foundation<\/a>, led by Prince William<\/a> and Kate Middleton<\/a>. She succeeds Amanda Berry.<\/p>\n

Rose has been president of 5 and regional lead, U.K. for Paramount since February 2024. Prior to that she was Chief Operating and Commercial Officer, first for the UK, then for Broadcast<\/a>, UK and International Studios<\/a>. She joined Paramount when it was still Viacom<\/a> in August 2020.<\/p>\n

Rose said in a memo that she will stay at Paramount until the end of 2025 to ensure a successful transition.<\/p>\n

A process has begun to identify and appoint a successor. It will be overseen by Kevin MacLellan<\/a>, president, international and global content distribution. Ben Frow<\/a> will continue to lead 5 creatively as chief content officer.<\/p>\n
