Neben versp\u00e4teten Zahlungen werden daf\u00fcr auch \u00fcberlange Zahlungsziele (mehr als 60 Tage) und Streitigkeiten hinsichtlich der Berechtigung einer Forderung verantwortlich gemacht.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph SCXW28295314 BCX8\" lang=\"de-DE\">Die Regierung plant Abhilfe im Wesentlichen durch die \u00c4nderung des <a class=\"Hyperlink SCXW28295314 BCX8 link-external\" title=\"Neues Fenster zur https:\/\/www.legislation.gov.uk\/ukpga\/1998\/20\/contents\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legislation.gov.uk\/ukpga\/1998\/20\/contents\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Late Payment of Commercial Debt Act 1998<\/a> sowie der <a class=\"Hyperlink SCXW28295314 BCX8 link-external\" title=\"Neues Fenster zur https:\/\/www.legislation.gov.uk\/uksi\/2017\/395\/contents\/made\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legislation.gov.uk\/uksi\/2017\/395\/contents\/made\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Reporting on Payment Practices and Performance Regulations 2017<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph SCXW28295314 BCX8\" lang=\"de-DE\">So sollen Vertragsbedingungen mit Zahlungszielen von mehr als 60 Tagen k\u00fcnftig ohne Ausnahme verboten werden \u2013 bislang sind sie es nur, wenn sie als \u201cgrossly unfair\u201d anzusehen sind. Nach f\u00fcnf Jahren ist eine weitere Verk\u00fcrzung auf 45 Tage angedacht. Weiterhin soll es eine Frist von 30 Tagen geben, innerhalb derer eine Rechnung beanstandet werden muss. Wird diese Frist vers\u00e4umt, muss die Rechnung voll bezahlt werden.
