{"id":463046,"date":"2025-09-30T20:57:17","date_gmt":"2025-09-30T20:57:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/de\/463046\/"},"modified":"2025-09-30T20:57:17","modified_gmt":"2025-09-30T20:57:17","slug":"returns-to-third-countries-up-by-13-in-q2-2025-nachrichtenartikel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/de\/463046\/","title":{"rendered":"Returns to third countries up by 13% in Q2 2025 &#8211; Nachrichtenartikel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ecl-u-type-paragraph\">In the second quarter of 2025, 116 495 non-<a class=\"ecl-link\" href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\/statistics-explained\/index.php?title=Glossary:European_Union_(EU)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EU<\/a> citizens were ordered to leave an EU country, and 28 355 people were returned to third countries following an order to leave.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ecl-u-type-paragraph\">Compared with the second quarter of 2024, the number of non-EU citizens ordered to leave went up by 3.6%, and the number of people returned to third countries increased by 12.7%. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ecl-u-type-paragraph\">In comparison with the previous quarter, the number of orders to leave decreased by 6.3% and the number of returns to third countries declined by 0.8%.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><a class=\"ecl-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/ec15f44e-62f8-f816-f906-b76593b58017\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Non-EU citizens ordered to leave and returned following an order to leave, Q2 2023 - Q2 2025. Regarding those returned to third countries, most were citizens of Georgia (2 460), followed by T\u00fcrkiye (2 020) and Albania (1 945).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ecl-u-type-paragraph\">Among EU countries, the highest numbers of non-EU citizens ordered to leave were recorded in France (34 760), Spain (14 545) and Germany (14 095).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ecl-u-type-paragraph\">France (3 685), Germany (3 445) and Sweden (2 865) recorded the highest numbers of people returned to third countries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><a class=\"ecl-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/6937abe6-17b3-91f3-b410-57e51d723d70\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Non-EU citizens ordered to leave and returned following an order to leave, Q2 2025.
