Was fr\u00fcher ein Stahlwerk war, ist heute ein Wohn- und Freizeitquartier &#8211; mit rund 5.000 Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen und 1.500 Wohnungen direkt am Wasser. Die Flutung des Sees am 1. Oktober 2010 war ein Meilenstein f\u00fcr Dortmund, sagt die Stadt. Viele konnten sich das damals kaum vorstellen. Heute ist der Phoenix See Ausflugsziel, Wirtschaftsstandort und ein Vorbild f\u00fcr andere St\u00e4dte.
