Wie das Unternehmen mit Sitz im bayerischen Schwandorf bekannt gab, haben sich beide Unternehmen auf die \u00dcbernahme geeinigt.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">\nDie drei Standorte der Wolf-Gruppe in Schwandorf, Schm\u00f6lln und N\u00fcrnberg mit insgesamt 1.800 Besch\u00e4ftigten sollen demnach erhalten bleiben, ebenso die Unternehmensf\u00fchrung.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">\nGesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Christian Wolf erkl\u00e4rte, die Partnerschaft mit &#8222;Morliny Foods&#8220; erm\u00f6gliche Chancen auf Wachstum und eine internationale Ausrichtung.
