Die Aktion\u00e4re von Avidity sollen 72 Dollar je Aktie in bar erhalten, was einem Aufschlag von 46 Prozent auf den Schlusskurs vom Freitag entspricht.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-18 leading-17\">Teil der Vereinbarung ist zudem, dass Avidity seine Pr\u00e4zisionskardiologie-Programme in der Fr\u00fchphase in ein neues Unternehmen namens Spinco ausgliedert.
