Insgesamt fielen in Remscheid rund 53.000 Tonnen und in Solingen knapp 77.000 Tonnen Abfall an. Auff\u00e4llig dabei: Remscheid liegt beim Bio- und Sperrm\u00fcll deutlich vorn \u2013 die Remscheiderinnen und Remscheider trennen vermutlich besser. In Solingen dagegen landet deutlich mehr Restm\u00fcll in der Tonne. Gr\u00fcnde daf\u00fcr k\u00f6nnten unterschiedliche Sammelsysteme oder ein h\u00f6herer Gewerbeanteil sein. Insgesamt zeigt die Statistik, dass die Abfallmengen im RSG-Land hoch bleiben. Zum Vergleich: In Herford liegt der Pro-Kopf-Verbrauch knapp 100 Kilogramm niedriger als bei uns.
