Die Verbraucherzentrale Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg hatte geklagt. Sie sagt, es sei irref\u00fchrend, dass im Prospekt nur der Bonus steht, nicht aber der Produktpreis. Dies sei irref\u00fchrende Werbung. <\/p>\n<p>Das Gericht urteilte, es handele sich um unlautere Werbung, weil dem Verbraucher wesentliche Informationen fehlen.
