Das Immobilienportfolio umfasst 365 Objekte mit einem Portfoliowert von 7,714 Mrd. Euro. Die durchschnittliche nach Mieterl\u00f6sen gewichtete Restlaufzeit der Mietvertr\u00e4ge (WAULT) lag bei 3,8 Jahren.<\/p>\n<p>Zum 30. September 2025 habe das Immobilienunternehmen eine Eigenkapitalquote von 47,8 Prozent aufgewiesen. Die liquiden Mittel betrugen demnach 654,7 Mio.
