Auch wenn seine Interpretation von der originalen Pekingente hier und da abweichen mag, bot sie doch viel authentisches Flair und kr\u00e4ftigen, intensiven Geschmack, der den Besuch allemal gelohnt hat. Der Service macht seine Sache locker, aufmerksam und sehr herzlich, so dass es auch hier nichts zu beanstanden gibt. Wenn es nicht so abgedroschen w\u00e4re, m\u00fcsste man also konstatieren: Ente gut \u2013 alles gut.
