Die Frau hatte die beiden Hildesheimer angezeigt, weil diese sie ohne ihr Einverst\u00e4ndnis auf die Wangen gek\u00fcsst hatten. Gegen einen zuvor erlassenen Strafbefehl haben der 34- und der 44-J\u00e4hrige Einspruch eingelegt, wie ein Gerichtssprecher mitteilte. Dieser Strafbefehl sah eine Geldstrafe in H\u00f6he von jeweils 2.100 Euro vor.
