Das Kabinett will am (heutigen) Dienstag in Potsdam eine neue Bauordnung auf den Weg bringen, wie Bauminister Detlef Tabbert (BSW) am Montagabend bei Brandenburg Aktuell des RBB sagte. Nach dem parlamentarischen Verfahren solle es dann sp\u00e4testens im Juni 2026 eine neue Bauordnung geben.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Typography_text-default__P3otY Typography_weight-normal__pqUbH storyline_paragraph_p__qSR5N\">&#8222;Wir werden die Verfahren schneller machen, vereinfachen&#8220;, sagte Tabbert. Es sollten bestimmte Standards und bisherige Anforderungen etwa f\u00fcr Kfz-Stellpl\u00e4tze zur\u00fcckgefahren werden. Das Bauen solle insgesamt g\u00fcnstiger werden, sagte der Minister.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Typography_text-default__P3otY Typography_weight-normal__pqUbH storyline_paragraph_p__qSR5N\">Auch der Bund will Bauen schneller machen.
