Elf der 13 Wohnungen sind bereits vermietet. Die ersten Mieter \u2013 darunter viele Orsoyer \u2013 bereiten sich bereits auf ihren Einzug Anfang Januar vor. Was heutzutage alles andere als selbstverst\u00e4ndlich ist: Die Investoren Axel Ettwig, Frank Dombrowski und Vlatko Malesevic liefern p\u00fcnktlich. Beim Baubeginn im Juni 2024 hatten sie verk\u00fcndet, bis Ende 2025 fertig sein zu wollen. Und das hat hingehauen.
