Januar findet ab 14 Uhr in D\u00fcsseldorf die erste sogenannte \u201ePr\u00fcf\u201c-Demonstration vor dem NRW-Landtag statt. Die einzige Forderung der Organisatoren lautet: \u201eAlle <a href=\"https:\/\/rp-online.de\/thema\/parteien\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Parteien<\/a>, die vom <a href=\"https:\/\/rp-online.de\/thema\/verfassungsschutz\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Verfassungsschutz<\/a> als rechtsextremer Verdachtsfall oder gesichert rechtsextrem eingestuft werden, sollen durch das <a href=\"https:\/\/rp-online.de\/thema\/bundesverfassungsgericht\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bundesverfassungsgericht<\/a> \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden.\u201c Die von Menschen aus der Kulturbranche gegr\u00fcndete Initiative setzt sich daf\u00fcr ein, dass sich das Land NRW im Bundesrat aktiv f\u00fcr ein Pr\u00fcfverfahren beim Bundesverfassungsgericht einsetzt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"richtext text-em-55 !leading-serif mx-6 desktop:mx-0\">Die Demonstrationen finden bundesweit statt. Demonstriert wird jeweils am zweiten Samstag im Monat \u2013 laut den Organisatoren, bis der Bundesrat die Pr\u00fcfung beantragt hat. Initiator der Aktion ist Nico Semsrott, ehemaliges Mitglied des EU-Parlaments.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Am 10.
