Das geht aus einem Schreiben des Chefs der D\u00fcsseldorfer Staatskanzlei, Minister Nathanael Liminski, hervor, das den Redaktionen des \u201eK\u00f6lner Stadt-Anzeigers\u201c und der D\u00fcsseldorfer \u201eRheinischen Post\u201c vorliegt.
