Wie die Polizei mitteilte, wurden die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner des Hauses in der Delmenhorster Stra\u00dfe am Mittag durch einen lauten Knall aufgeschreckt und bemerkten dann den Brand. Sie riefen die Feuerwehr und brachten sich selbst in Sicherheit. Verletzt wurde niemand. Die L\u00f6scharbeiten dauerten bis in den Abend. Durch den Brand wurden laut Polizei Dach und Obergeschoss stark besch\u00e4digt. Das Haus ist vorerst nicht bewohnbar.
