Neben der Karlsruher <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ka-news.de\/karlsruhe\/stadtgespraech\/sanierung-stadthalle-karlsruhe-eroeffnung-soll-2026-moeglich-sein-27-11-25-112873101\" target=\"_self\" class=\"underline \" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Stadthalle<\/a> und dem<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ka-news.de\/karlsruhe\/stadtgespraech\/badisches-staatstheater-karlsruhe-sanierung-wird-nochmal-34-millionen-euro-teurer-112683795\" target=\"_self\" class=\"underline \" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> Badischen Staatstheater<\/a> ist diese Sanierung das n\u00e4chste Gro\u00dfprojekt in der F\u00e4cherstadt.\n  <\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-6 text-xs md:text-m lg:text-l font-serif group-[.font-sans]:font-sans \">\n    Am 12. M\u00e4rz wurde das Projekt im Bauausschuss der Stadt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ka-news.de\/karlsruhe\" target=\"_self\" class=\"underline \" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Karlsruhe<\/a> vorgestellt.\n  <\/p>\n<p>            Sanierung Konzerthaus: Was ist geplant?<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-6 text-xs md:text-m lg:text-l font-serif group-[.font-sans]:font-sans \">\n    Das Geb\u00e4ude stammt aus dem Jahr 1915. M\u00e4rz. Deshalb habe man das Geb\u00e4ude nicht bei der kompletten Technik anpacken k\u00f6nnen\n  <\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-6 text-xs md:text-m lg:text-l font-serif group-[.font-sans]:font-sans \">\n    <strong class=\"font-bold\">Von 2028 bis 2034<\/strong> soll das Konzerthaus als <strong class=\"font-bold\">Interimsspielst\u00e4tte f\u00fcr das Gro\u00dfe Haus des Badischen Staatstheaters <\/strong>genutzt werden. Daf\u00fcr sind <strong class=\"font-bold\">Umbauma\u00dfnahmen <\/strong>notwendig, die parallel zu den brandschutztechnischen Arbeiten durchgef\u00fchrt werden sollen.\n  <\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-6 text-xs md:text-m lg:text-l font-serif group-[.font-sans]:font-sans \">\n    Diese Ma\u00dfnahmen enthalten folgende Punkte:\n  <\/p>\n<ul rel=\"\" class=\"[&amp;&gt;li]:relative list-none  [&amp;&gt;li]:pl-[1.2em] [&amp;&gt;li]:marker:text-[0] [&amp;&gt;li]:relative [&amp;&gt;li]:before:absolute [&amp;&gt;li]:before:w-3 [&amp;&gt;li]:before:h-3 [&amp;&gt;li]:before:bg-brand [&amp;&gt;li]:before:left-0 [&amp;&gt;li]:before:top-[8px] [&amp;&gt;li]:before:rounded-full  my-5\">\n<li class=\" mb-3 text-xs md:text-m lg:text-l\">Umbau bestehender B\u00fcror\u00e4ume zu Garderoben oder Umkleider\u00e4umen<\/li>\n<li class=\" mb-3 text-xs md:text-m lg:text-l\">Erweiterung des Orchestergrabens<\/li>\n<li class=\" mb-3 text-xs md:text-m lg:text-l\">Arbeiten an den Decken und am Dach<\/li>\n<li class=\" mb-3 text-xs md:text-m lg:text-l\">Anpassung der B\u00fchnen, Saal- und Technikbereiche an die Anforderungen eines professionellen Theaterbetriebs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"mb-6 text-xs md:text-m lg:text-l font-serif group-[.font-sans]:font-sans \">\n    <strong class=\"font-bold\">Der Umbau soll so gestaltet werden, dass die Karlsruher Messe- und Kongress GmbH das Geb\u00e4ude nach dem Interim nutzen kann.<\/strong>\n  <\/p>\n<p>            Sanierung Konzerthaus: Wann sollen die Arbeiten stattfinden?<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-6 text-xs md:text-m lg:text-l font-serif group-[.font-sans]:font-sans \">\n    Der Beschlussvorlage wurde am 12. M\u00e4rz 2026 beim Bauausschuss zugestimmt. Die Arbeiten sollen im <strong class=\"font-bold\">Februar 2027 starten<\/strong>. Die Kosten tr\u00e4gt die Stadt selbst: Die Finanzierung ist im Entwurf des Doppelhaushaltes 2026\/2027 enthalten und wird im n\u00e4chsten Doppelhaushalt fortgeschrieben.
