Sie soll in 36 Wohnungen Platz f\u00fcr 170 bis 200 Menschen bieten, teilte die Stadt Leipzig mit. Errichtet wird der Neubau bis Anfang 2028 von der kommunalen Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft (LWB). Die Kosten wurden auf rund 13 Millionen Euro beziffert. Die Stadt Leipzig werde die Unterkunft f\u00fcr die Gefl\u00fcchteten f\u00fcr mindestens 25 Jahre anmieten.
