The Supervisory Board of ‘UkrOboronProm’ has announced an open and transparent competition for the post of Chief Executive Officer of the Joint Stock Company ‘Ukrainian Defence Industry’. This is stated in a press release from the JSC.
“The selection of candidates and their preliminary assessment will be carried out by the Ukrainian office of the international company Amrop Partnership – one of the world’s largest consulting networks specialising in the search for senior executives and leadership. The company was selected following an open procurement procedure,” the statement said.
According to “UkrOboronProm”, Amrop Ukraine will begin the search for candidates on 1 September 2026. All interested candidates may send their CVs to the following email addresses: [email protected].
It should be recalled that on 14 July, against the backdrop of the explosions in Vyshneve Herman Smetanin announced that he was stepping down from his post as Chief Executive of the Joint-Stock Company ‘Ukrainian Defence Industry’.
German Smetanin has, for the second time, was appointed head of “Ukroboronprom” following the results of a competition in August 2025. He first took charge of the public limited company in 2023.
