The signing ceremony was attended by Denmark\u2019s Minister for Business and Competitiveness, Martin Lidegaard, and French Minister Delegate for Industry, S\u00e9bastien Martin.<\/p>\n<p>According to the companies, the partnership builds on an existing relationship and expands cooperation beyond traditional industrial participation. The agreement includes joint development activities in the naval sector and focuses on developing new solutions intended to enhance air defense and maritime security capabilities for allied nations.<\/p>\n<p>The cooperation is expected to generate development, integration, and production activities across Terma\u2019s facilities in Lystrup, S\u00f8borg, and Grenaa, while also involving Danish industrial partners.
