Credit: Anduril Industries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"drop-cap\">The US Army has placed a $65m delivery order with Anduril Industries to supply hardware and mission shelters for its Tactical Intelligence Targeting Access Node (TITAN) programme.<\/p>\n<p>The order, facilitating the transition of TITAN from prototype to production phase, was issued through the Army Enterprise Agreement, intended to streamline the acquisition of Anduril\u2019s products.<\/p>\n<p>The contract calls for Anduril to manufacture and integrate ruggedised, vehicle-mounted components and operator subsystems for eight TITAN units, comprising four TITAN Advanced and four TITAN Basic systems.<\/p>\n<p>According to the company, the \u201cAdvanced\u201d variant will feature higher processing and integration capabilities, while the \u201cBasic\u201d version is designed for improved mobility and rapid deployment in field conditions.<\/p>\n<p>TITAN enables frontline Army units to process and fuse data from satellites, aircraft, and ground sensors with a goal of delivering a common intelligence picture directly to combat units operating in austere environments.<\/p>\n<p>Traditionally, similar multi-source data integration has required large, stationary infrastructure, making it harder to reposition and more vulnerable to threats.<\/p>\n<p>The TITAN system aims to support real-time targeting and rapid strike operations by providing mobile, on-the-move data fusion capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>Under the current delivery order, Anduril is responsible for producing field-ready TITAN shelters and integrating the necessary power, environmental control, and operator systems.<\/p>\n<p>Palantir Technologies leads the overall TITAN programme team.<\/p>\n<p>Anduril stated it has contributed to the programme since 2021, acting as the lead hardware systems architect and incorporating soldier feedback during design and testing.<\/p>\n<p>The company is manufacturing the hardware at its Costa Mesa, California facility.<\/p>\n<p>With the Army planning additional TITAN orders in the 2027 fiscal year, Anduril indicated it is preparing to scale up production to accommodate future demand.<\/p>\n<p>                    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.army-technology.com\/wp-content\/themes\/goodlife-wp-B2B\/assets\/images\/newsletter-new.svg\" alt=\"Email newsletter icon\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\n                    Sign up for our daily news round-up!<br \/>\n                    Give your business an edge with our leading industry insights.\n                <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"US Army\u2019s Tactical Intelligence Targeting Access Node (TITAN).
