Rostec will unveil a new family of multifunctional drones designed for launch from Su-57 fighters at the El Alamein International Airshow 2026 in Egypt. The global debut will place the unmanned platforms alongside Russia\u2019s export-configured Su-57E fighter.<\/p>\n
The Russian defence conglomerate said the drones combine low observability, extended flight range and high speed. The platforms have also been developed with different wing configurations.<\/p>\n
\u201cIn modern armed conflicts, drones have become not only the \u2018eyes\u2019 of other combat systems but also one of the principal means of attack,\u201d a Rostec representative said. \u201cRostec specialists have created a family of universal platforms designed for use from fifth-generation fighters and capable of performing a wide range of missions.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cDuring the world premiere in Egypt, we will present the new systems together with the Russian fifth-generation Su-57E aircraft,\u201d the representative said. Rostec did not provide further details about the drones\u2019 missions, performance or launch arrangements.<\/p>\n
The aircraft will form part of a unified Russian exhibition organised by state arms exporter Rosoboronexport.
