The Ministry of Defense has completed a review of the status of critically important enterprises in the defense-industrial complex. 86% of the companies confirmed their status, while 14% did not.<\/p>\n

The status of a \u201ccritically important enterprise\u201d determines whether conscripted employees can be exempted from military service.<\/p>\n

The review covered statuses granted prior to July 7, 2026. Enterprises were required to submit documents by August 10.<\/p>\n

A simplified procedure applied to certain categories of companies\u2014specifically, those fulfilling defense contracts with a production share exceeding 50%, residents of Defence City, manufacturers of ammunition and explosives, as well as aviation and space enterprises.<\/p>\n

The Ministry of Defense is advising companies that did not confirm their status to repeat the procedure and submit a complete set of documents under the general requirements.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, Zelenskyy will dismiss<\/a> the deputy heads of the SBU and the Main Intelligence Directorate.<\/p>\n

Prior to this, representatives of the SBU and the Main Intelligence Directorate were served with<\/a> notices of suspicion in connection with a shooting in Kyiv.<\/p>\n

Earlier, information about a possible shooting in Kyiv had been circulating<\/a> on social media. According to eyewitness reports, law enforcement officials were spotted at the scene.<\/p>\n
