Primarily, this concerns scaling production and developing technologies, since we have solid experience in application on the battlefield and understand how to use technologies properly. Meanwhile, the Polish side has strong engineering and the ability to produce in large quantities

– Oleksandr Yakovenko

According to Yakovenko, the two sides are currently agreeing on the list of products that interest the Polish side.

These could be ground-based robotic systems (GBRS), EW systems, and interceptor drones. It all depends on what we want to do together – joint production or joint development of technologies

– Oleksandr Yakovenko

Yakovenko said that over the next month the Ukrainian and Polish sides will determine the track they will jointly develop.

After that, negotiations with the Ukrainian authorities will begin regarding the transfer of licenses to produce certain products. By the end of the year they expect the launch of joint production of the first samples.

He also added that it remains unclear how cooperation with the Polish government will unfold and whether they are ready to purchase anything for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and what exactly will be produced together for NATO countries.

The founder emphasized a focus on dual-use products and the prospects of transferring Ukrainian experience to Europe through joint development.

The aim is for Ukrainian experience to be shared with Europe, and for us to create joint solutions.

If three years ago we said we should work without Chinese components, now we are aiming that we will probably also be without American components. Step by step we must localize products, and here there is Ukrainian experience and European technological base

– Oleksandr Yakovenko

According to the organizers of URC 2026, during the conference more than 30 agreements were signed worth over 1.5 billion euros on Ukraine’s reconstruction projects. Kyiv and Warsaw also agreed to cooperate in addressing the border queue issue.

Prospects and Next Steps

It is expected that joint production and joint development of technologies will create new opportunities for the defense sectors of both countries, strengthen the technological base, and support the localization of key components within the framework of European defense cooperation.

A new Ukraine Poland defence pact promises joint production and tech transfer, but licensing and procurement details will…

[2
14,618,683,684,34,685,686,682
post-998","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-news","tag-defence-industry","tag-defence-manufacturing","tag-electronic-warfare","tag-ground-robotic-systems","tag-news","tag-pgz-partnership","tag-taf-industries","tag-taf-industries-pgz-partnership-defence-manufacturing-ground-robotic-systems-electronic-warfare
["GET
